By receiving services from Elite Wound Care of Texas PLLC, you consent to physical wound evaluations and medical interventions.

2.4. Use of Telehealth

We may use telehealth for follow-up visits. By accepting virtual care, you acknowledge the limitations of remote treatment.

2.5. Billing, Insurance, and Medicare

We bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.

2.6. Limitation of Liability

Elite Wound Care of Texas PLLC is not liable for delays in healing, patient non-compliance, or unforeseeable complications.

2.7. Changes to Policy
